The Deva 70 is a typically Spanish absinthe. It is characterized by a presente wormwood plant and very pronounced anise notes.
Its alcohol level is higher than in the 50° version: that enables a better extraction of the aromas. The
Deva 70 therefore has a very interesting aromatic palette, in which the wormwood plant is more present than in the other version with less alcohol.
A top-of-the-range mediterranean absinthe to please amateurs of aniseed flavours !
With England and Andorra, Spain is one of the rare countries not to have suffered of the prohibition of wormwood production.
The La Vallesana distillery is situated in the north-east of Spain, in Barcelona. It saw the light in 1845 and since then has never stopped being at the forefront of the production of liquors.
In 1975, 4 catalan distilleries merged and went from being small distilleries with a regional production to a big company, well established on the Spanish market and internationally.
