La Clandestine absinthe reveals a very complex aromatic palate and a subtly bitter finish.
Without doubt, this is one of the best La Bleue absinthes around.
Awarded the gold medal several times in contests, La Clandestine is distilled according to a recipe from 1935 including more than 10 plants.
This is one of the first absinthes to be distilled in the Val-de-Travers, the cradle of absinthe distillation. Its traditional, artisanal production uses only natural ingredients.
An intensely enjoyable discovery!
La Valdetra Verte absinthe is powerfull, full of character and very well-balanced. It bears witness to the quality of Swiss absinthes.
It is distilled by an artisan in old clandestine stills. It is based on plants grown and carefully selected in the Val-de-Travers.
Its production is entirely natural, its coloration is based on 3 plants. This adds a touch of biterness to the final product. La Valdetra Verte has a good length on the palate and the addition of water provokes a thick louche action, common for Swiss absinthes.
The most powerfull absinthe of the Glaudentia Persoz distillery !
François Guy is more aniseed than average and is produced in the pure traditional way, according to an ancient house recipe. This absinthe will enchant both novices and confirmed absinthe drinkers.
According to a recipe more than a century old, its colour is obtained entirely naturally from plants. François Guy is produced from old methods of distillation guaranteeing the character of the traditional taste of absinthe. It is therefore no surprise that it won a prize three times in a row at the Absinthiades in Pontarlier.
A particular absinthe which merits being discovered!
this absinthe spoon is decorated with 12 sophisticated veins.
An excellent sampler box for a newbie absinthe drinker like myself. Even the packaging is very excellent. I'll be keeping the glass phials just because they look so cool!

I was really excited to get these because I am giving them as gifts to my groomsmen and I thought it would be something unique. I was a little disappointed when it arrived and they were not in the regular bottles you normally use (as you were out of stock of the regular bottles). Also, I only receive 2 instruction guides instead of 4 on how to properly pour and enjoy the absinthe. I will have to make 2 copies for the other packages. I was impressed with the packaging and shipping and how quick it arrived considering I live in Canada and you shipped from Germany.

What is there not to like? Each vial will give about 2 drinks of ready drink, and gives you an idea if you want to buy a bigger bottle.
Only downside are the shipping costs my country (little bit on the pricey side) and quality of the spoon :(
Still, if ure unsure which kind of absith suits your taste, try out this set to give you an idea.
