Every product used for its production is natural and it is not sweetened at the Zufanek distillery.
Its coloration comes only from plants, mainly petit wormwood, hyssop and Melissa.

- The absinthe St. Antoine owes its name to its region of origin. Indeed, it is the translation of the name of a town near the place where it is produced.
- These bottles are from the latest distillation, made in 2011. The recipe of absinthe St. Antoine was developed over several years, changing and evolving with each batch according to feedback from people drinking Absinthe St. Antoine around the world. The recipe has now been perfected, and a distillation made every year.

The company was founded by Marcela and Josef Zufanek, together with their sons Martin, Josef and Jan. The company operates in a small district named Borsice u Blatnice in the region of Zlin since the year 2000.
Although the family's main activity is the processing of fruit and honey into the form of quality spirits and liqueurs, Martin decided to start producing absinthe in 2008 and created one worthy of its nomination : the St. Antoine absinthe.
Martin has always welcomed the various opinions he gets over time from absinthe lovers in order to perfect his absinthes batch after batch.

I really like this inexpensive Absinthe, it just has the right balance in taste smell and color, definetly a winner, highly recomend it.

Another tasty absinthe from the Czech Republic. I prefer to have one part with 3.5 parts spring water, and plenty of ice. Cheers!!

This is a delicious and well-made absinthe. I will be buying more of this, for sure. The price is outstanding, and it is a refreshing, balanced absinthe who's wormwood flavor and personality is superb. Nice work!
