Unlike pastis, the Vieux Pontarlier
is an anise based aperitif fully distilled from natural herbs including the green anise that gives all the boldness and richness to this refreshing and aromatic drink.
The coloration is entirely natural, no artificial or food colouring is added; only carefully selected herbs contribute to the elaboration of the famous “Pon” (name given to the Vieux Pontarlier in the Doubs region).
