Cocktail Bitters Bob's Bitters - Cardamom Bitters 33,3% - 10cl
Cardamom Bitters work excellently in combination with other bitters.
Alone, cardamom bitters are produced at only 20% ABV and offer a decent sweet and spicy taste to your cocktails.
The prize-winning Mocha Aqua cocktail from Andrea Patelli (see cocktails with Bob's Cardamom Bitters) uses cardamom bitters, for example.
The 100ml bottle is secured with a pipette top, making dosage easy and efficient.

Bob's Bitters
A kiwi adorns Bob's bottles and lets his roots as a proud New Zealander be known. Today he lives in London and produces his cocktail bitters there, following a simple, but original and convicing concept.
What makes Bob's Bitters so special?
Specialists differentiate between bitters and tinctures, tinctures being very aromatic concentrates for which certain ingredients are well known. There are simple and complex tinctures, depending on whether one or more ingredients have been extracted. They taste unnatural and boring most of the time. Bob's Bitters differentiate themselves from these tinctures most especially because the ingredients are macerated over a longer stretch of time. Therefore, the bitter ingredients become dominant during extraction only later in the process - You might be familiar with that process when you've steeped a cup of tea for too long. That's how bitters develop their special characateristics which make them so able to harmonize aromatically in cocktails, namely because of these bitter ingredients. They are a normal aromatic component in somewhat boring tinctures, but a key component to bitters.
The idea behind Bob's Bitters
Bitters are in no way boring, quite the opposite: the most well-known examples of bitters combine the initial characteristic of bitterness within a very complex mix of aromas of countless ingredients. With this background in mind, the purist idea behind Bob's Bitters becomes clear: individual ingredients are carefully extracted in order to create bitters that exemplify just the pure aromas of the main ingredients and the bitterness, nothing more. For this reason, they are exemplary for specific contributions to the aromas and tastes of your drinks and food dishes. With Bob's Bitters just like with other herbal bitters, it's easy to avoid the border between too-little and too-much, thanks to the handy dropper top on the bottle. In the lid there is a pipette with an integrated measure to show the exact dosage of the bitter. Similar to products from Bittermens , Bob's Bitters is extremely easy to dose out.
