Mondino Amaro Bavarese 18% DE-ÖKO-007 - 0,7l
Mondino is produced in Traunstein, in Bavaria in the South of Germany. This herbal, bitter and refreshing amaro is made according to a recipe from Italy that is refined with ingredients from the foothills of the Alps: gentian, Sicilian bitter oranges and rhubarb.
Enjoy Mondino Amaro Bavarese on ice, with soda water or orange juice, or as a substitute for Campari in a classic Negroni cocktail.
The distiller of Mondino learnt the art of liqueur making in the 1960s in Italy. That is where he got the recipe for Mondino. Max used the family recipe from his grandfather to produce a this Bavarian Amaro together with his friends Ferdinand, Florian and Benedikt.
Mondino liqueur is organic certified, with a low sugar content and it is produced with regional ingredients.
