- At first, savour Blanche Neige without any sugar. Then according to your taste, add some eventually.
- For one part of absinthe (3cl), add 2 parts of fresh, iced water to Blanche Neige. Take a small sip and see how much more water it needs, too much water can make it slightly thin.
Gaudentia one of the first female distillers. She is young, and passionate about absinthe, and distills with an historic recipe from 1898, that she found, along with a small alambic, when she and her husband purchased their house in Couvet, Switzerland.
The distillery is a member of the “Les Artisans de l'Absinthe” association – it's most popular absinthe: La P'tite. Gaudentia's husband Jean-Michel is responsible for Marketing and Sales of thei products, and together these two people form an unbeatable team.

Added on the : 18/06/2018 EnglishAlthough I have only discovered absinthe, your site has enabled me to enjoy brands I would never see here in Hawaii. Simply put. Blanche Neige is my favorite La Bleu! I will always keep this on hand! It is refreshing and balanced in flavor. I louche about 2 1/2 to 1 and float a couple of medium ice cubes in my Grande Goblet Absinthe Glass and watch the sun set. This offering from Gaudentia Persoz Distillery does not need any sugar. But if you need some, use sparingly on this naturally sweetie pie of an absinthe!!!

Added on the : 20/01/2017 EnglishI really tried to like Blanche Neige, but...
Unfortunately the tails weren’t cut properly during the distillation. It is not clean and smells/tastes "off" and there are fusel oils floating on the surface when water is added. (I have tried only one sample, maybe other batches are better).
The balance is good, and herbs seem of a good quality. Genepi notes are there, but not much. Genepi plant is much more pronounced if used for coloration as by absinthe Raisonnee.
The price is incredibly high! I find other Gaudentia Persoz absinthes also overpriced. There are so many absinthes on the market which are almost two times cheaper and much better.

Added on the : 04/06/2015 EnglishNot bad. Good taste, yet watery compared with Gaudentia Persoz's regular (and less costly) La Ptite. I understand Blanche Neige was her first, so she definitely improved in her later works. It's hard to beat Artemisia Bugnon's works, though.

Added on the : 24/05/2015 EnglishI am by no means an absinthe expert. I taste something and see if I like it or not. I can't detect subtle notes in flavor or aroma. I do, however, base my purchases on reviews of others and personal research.
This was recommended to me when La Clandestine was out of stock on the basis that it was similar. I had already tasted it before though so it was already on my shelf when this happened.
Yes, it is similar indeed. Yet, tasting the two, you will notice a difference. If that difference is of positive or negative nature is up for you to decide.
This is of of the same quality and I will keep this in my selection. Good stuff!

Added on the : 06/12/2014 EnglishAbsolutely the best tasting absinthe I have ever tried (I've tried around 30 different kinds). Hopefully that speaks for itself;) Any other brand is going to have one hell of a time winning over my taste from this one.
Now absinthes.com has to come out with a verte!

Added on the : 05/12/2014 EnglishThis is a great Blanche, i honestly thought it wouldn't have the backbone to satisfy me as like higher alc content, but it tastes (unique) amazing, has a great silky texture, louche is as nice as you can ask for and keeping it about 3 to 1 it does have the required kick! Well done!
