Description of the products

An absinthe as fresh as it is complex. Probably the best German absinthe.

Unsweetened, it contains only quality herbs. Its colour is natural.
A traditional absinthe with exotic flavours!

The Absinthe Eichelberger 78 Verte is a strong yet soft absinthe, made from 26 different herbs. This includes anise, different wormwoods, hyssop, fennel, melissa and other herbs to create a uniquely fresh taste. All herbs are cultivated on the land of the Eichelberger premises and obtained a certificate for 100% organic cultivation of their herbs and fruit used to distill other liqueurs at their distillery.

The coloration is of course 100% natural.
Eichelberger 80 Brute is probably the best German “blanche” absinthe. It follows logically the success of it's older version, Eichelberger 68.

This absinthe, although it has a high alcohol level has a round and mellow palate.
Unsweetened, it contains only quality herbs.

It is up to you to select your favourite among the big Eichelberger family, as all tastes are different.

An absinthe to discover!
The Bohème absinthe spoon fits snugly onto every average sized absinthe glass, and will be an eye catcher during the classic French ritual, but also the fire ritual.

This spoon fits perfectly in one of our hardcover spoon boxes, available in black and green.

Eichelberger, Germany

The Eichelberger Distillery is located in the southeast of Germany, in the forested Bavarian region called “Oberpfälzer Seenland”. The distillery is a family business, and developed from a hobby to a serious enterprise. Dr. Lili and Rudi Wild, married for a long time, followed their dream and opened a small distillery.

It is quite modern, and capable of distilling just 30 liters at a time, but the couple always pay attention to the quality of their results. The Wilds are passionate advocates of fine liqueurs and eau-de-vies, and were enthusiastic when approached with the idea of making a ‘specialist's' absinthe under their distillery's name, which has now become the first modern, yet traditionally distilled German absinthe: The Absinthe Eichelberger.
