This bottling seems to be a sugar free version of modern Pernod anis, also with the very same artificial hue, checked side by side (that may explain why it was, according to the label, produced by a third party in Barcelona). My bottling has apparently suffered from 40 years of storage, having its badiane went somewhat flat, making the slight "pond-like" character of modern Pernod disturbingly strong, now smelling like rubber. Not as good as a new Pernod anis, but putting aside the rubber-like smell, it's still fairly drinkable.
