At 44% ABV, Boston Bittahs really smells and tastes like summer. It is a dry, bitter, earthy, and spicy mixture that harmonizes intensely with citrus fruit. With such a bouquet, this cocktail bitter clearly makes a perfect mixer for most Fizzes and Sours.
But it also mixes excellently with Scotch whiskey and many other cocktails, in which you might want a hint of freshness (see cocktail with Boston Bittahs).
The design of Boston Bittah's unique packaging immediately catches the eye: Bittermens' typical cobalt-blue bottle, with 118 ml of contents, a pipette-style dropper top and a secure lid.
This kind of bottle allows you to dose the bitters in very exact measure, which is extremely important for this intensely aromatic cocktail bitters. 4 to 6 drops correspond to a dash, making it very easy to meter out this cocktail bitter.

Boston Bittahs are, like the city, best enjoyed in summertime.
Cirtus aromas from grapefruit, limes, oranges, and lemons party together, accompanied by herbal extracts, most notably chamomille. Otherwise, this secret recipe apparently also contains a decent portion of salt.
The whole concoction is a mixture of macerate in neutral grain alcohol, that the Glassers produce in a traditional way in their premises in Brooklyn, New York.
Use it to enhance the flavor and aroma of your beverages and dishes.
Bittermens Bitters are produced in Louisiana using traditional hand-crafted methods. That means that the mixture of high alcohol-percentage macerate is mixed with carefully chosen plant material to produce the resulting bitters. This raw material carries in most cases a Bio seal of approval, or is simply gathered from the wild. Bittermens Bitters are also not sweetened by any pre-processed ingredients or colored with artificial colorings. Special mention should be given to the pipette-style bottle-top which makes for easy usage. Similar to Bob’s Bitters this special bottle-top significantly eases dosage.
