Here is what you need and how to make it:
3cl absinthe (why not use Absinthe La Coquette?)
2 bar spoons of egg white
1 dash of Angostura bitters
Squeeze the lemon and let the juice drip into your cocktail shaker. Add all the other ingredients, and some ice cubes. Shake it well, and slowly pour it into your cocktail glass through a dripper, so the lemon bits won’t drop into your glass.
