Faude Feine Brände - Green Walnut liqueur 35% - 35cl
Each walnut is hand-selected in the early summer. Florian Faude harvests his green walnuts on “Johannistag”, the 24th of June, every year.
The walnuts are infused whole with alcohol, together with spices, herbs, sugar. Before the liqueur is put in Sauternes casks to age, the walnuts are pressed and filtered.
The Faude family has their own orchards for some of their fruit eau-de-vies, however many ingredients are sourced from friends and other local farmers. Florian Faude, born in 1984, represents a new, innovative and perfectionist generation of distillers.

The Faude family name is very renowned in the Kaiserstuhl region of southern Germany. The Kaiserstuhl is known to offer the most mediterranian climate for cultivation of fruit and plants in Germany. If he‘s unable to produce a specific ingredient himself, he carefully selects his suppliers – preferably from local sources. Faude feine Brände are the most exquisite brandies we have every tasted – rich in aroma, full-bodied flavor, and as intense as no fruit brandy before.
