Gin Brick Organic Gin - 40% - 50cl
Brick Gin doesn’t try to show off with a huge number of botanicals – it is deliberately kept simple. This gin is actually produced with just 3 botanicals: juniper, lemon and cubeb pepper. The latter gives a slight yellow color to this organic gin because the pepper is only been macerated at the end, rather than being distilled.
This gin is produced in Erfurt, the capital of the German region of Thuringia. The 2 producers, Sascha Hagemann and Benjamin Trommler use purely organic ingredients for the distillation. The taste is characterized by juniper and a light citrus note. The cubeb pepper is only noticeable in the aftertaste.
The bottle is as clear and simple as the gin itself. A wall made of bricks immediately catches the eye.
Brick Gin is the perfect choice for your gin cocktail thanks to its light taste. It can also be enjoyed pure on the rocks.
