Kalevala Ruby Gin is made by taking Kalevala’s Blue Label Gin and infusing it with fresh bilberries and cranberries, giving it a stunning ruby-red hue.

The Kalevala distillery is a family-owned, independent enterprise in Karelia in the east of Finland. Their gins are produced with the finest organic wheat spirit, distilled together with organic juniper berries and a blend of secret botanicals.

Tasting Notes

In the nose the gin shows strong piney, juniper notes, along with berry aromas. On the palate the bitterness of the cranberries becomes more apparent, well balanced by the bilberries. Not overly sweet.

Serving Suggestion

Ideal as a sipping gin, or enjoyed as a gin & tonic.
