Mexican Cocktail Bitters Dr. Sours #15 - Epazote 39% - Wormseed - 12,5cl
In Stock
“Epazote” is the botanical term for Wormseed, also known as “Mexican Tea”. This perennial herb is native to Mexico and offers a very rich and earthy flavour. Epazote is very well known for its carminative (i.e. gas-relieving) properties and is often used while cooking dishes including beans. The aztecs once discovered this multi-functional herb and have been giving it great attention since. Mixed with citrus-y notes, pine, mint and a bit of salt, this essence is absolutely versatile.
How to enjoy Dr. Sours #15: This Cocktail bitters can be used in any Daiquiri or Margarita, but we strongly recommend to try it out in the kitchen! For example, try adding a dash to your chili con carne.

The inspiration for creating the first handcrafted, all natural Mexican bitters was the bemonocled feline featured on the labels. He is a mysterious figure who hides behind the pseudonym of Dr. Sours. All that is known about him is that he has a fine nose, and like many cats, is picky about gastronomy. Industrial drinks are a no-no.
