Mexican Cocktail Bitters Dr. Sours #19 - Bavarian Hop 39% - 12,5cl
In Stock
Mexican Cocktail bitters using German hop? This sounds crazy, and it is. Crazy-genius. All Bitters at Dr. Sours are made with a Mezcal-alcohol-base. This adds a uniquely smoky aroma and flavor to any of their products. Combine the smoked aroma of Mezcal with the juicy sweetness of Bavarian hop, add a little tangerine, and finish it up with bitter chocolate, and you have Bavarian Hop.
How to enjoy Dr. Sours #19: Definitely a very interesting finish to an Sours cocktails, Juleps, or try something new by making a Hopped White Negroni.

The inspiration for creating the first handcrafted, all natural Mexican bitters was the bemonocled feline featured on the labels. He is a mysterious figure who hides behind the pseudonym of Dr. Sours. All that is known about him is that he has a fine nose, and like many cats, is picky about gastronomy. Industrial drinks are a no-no.
