Peychaud's Aromatic Bitters - Cocktail Bitters - 35% - 14.8cl
With Peychaud's formidable tradition and reputation, it's almost uncalled-for to list the countless ways to use it in cocktails, as well as the countless awards it has received over the years.
Because it's only other bitter besides Angostura that survived the Prohibition in the USA, we consider that enough of a calling card to its universal quality.
The inventory of ideas on how to use this classic bitter in recipes and in cocktails continues to grow (see recipes with Peychaud’s Bitters).

Peychaud's Bitters is produced by the American Sazerac Company. It was founded in 1830 by Antoine Amédée Peychaud, a Creole apothecary from the French colony of Saint-Domingue (now Haiti) who settled in New Orleans, Louisiana in 1795. Peychaud’s Bitters are distilled with a gentian-base, similar to the famous Angostura Bitter. But the Peychaud’s Bitters recipe is refined with anise aroma and a hint of mint.
